How do ratings work?

Registered customers, as well as anonymous website visitors, can submit ratings and reviews. The star rating of 1-5 stars shows the average rating of all reviews of a product, regardless of whether an additional review was submitted.

We do not conduct separate reviews of ratings to ensure that the ratings presented are actually from customers. All visitors to our website can submit reviews for our products. The rating submission is not linked to a user account or similar.
