Picked up this pair of groundies milano bf+ during to use for work. These are my fourth pair of groundies over the past few years since moving to barefoot shoes; I have the Universe (EU41 & too small), Orlando (EU42), Williamsburg (EU42 slightly small) as well. It seems their sizing changed across the board around the time they introduced the BF+ line... From what I could find, generally, their normal BF line got slightly narrower and longer by a few millimeters. My feet are both 26cm x ~10cm and I got the Milano in EU41, which fits more like their old EU42 in length. Width is a different story, the BF+ Milano are wide. It's definitely appreciated. The GO1 sole feels a bit hard out the box, but if it's anything like the Orlando, it will soften up on break in. To compare with the Vivo Gobi IIIs in EU41. The shoes feel quite similar, which one might expect and that's good news. The Gobi has been my favorite work shoe for years... The Milano is only slightly wider all around, most notably in the big toe and pinky. The leather is little a bit thinner compared to the Gobi, though still feels robust. The Milano also feels more flexible as a result. These are initial impressions, though I think I will be very happy with this shoe. The GO1 sole is so good!

I have been a customer for many years and generally I'm satisfied with their products. Good quality and design. Groundies shoes don't look weird like so many other barefoot shoes. But they are slightly narrower than the other brands i have, vivo, be Lenka and xero. All of them have more space in around toes. I have very narrow feet and still can feel the shoes touching my feet around my toes or on the sides. I wanted to try their barefoot + plus model and today received the shoes. I got one pair regular barefoot end one plus size. The difis huge. Barefoot plus feels like barefoot shoes should be. The right space around the toes. I really don't understand why all their barefoot shoes are not shaped like plus model, its the only right thing to do in my opinion if you want to make and sell barefoot shoes. The regular barefoot are also barefoot all over, just not in the toe area. I mean you already have regular shoes in your sortiment ,so why don't produce the rest of your barefoot shoes like plus model is. They are so much more comfortable then "normal" barefoot model. I have at least 15 pair of shoes from Groundies and I if i could i would exchange them all for plus model.
