How do reviews work on our platform?

In our shop, reviews can be submitted by both registered buyers with a customer account and by logged-in users without a purchase .

Transparency regarding origin & labeling

"Verified Purchase": If a customer submits a review and a matching order for the reviewed product exists for that customer account, we automatically mark the review as a "verified purchase." The system compares the review with the order data and ensures that this exact product was purchased. Such reviews are published after this automatic comparison without any manual individual review .

Unverified reviews: Registered users for whom we have no matching order for the reviewed product can also submit a review. These reviews are not published immediately , but are first moderated internally according to the Community Guidelines.

Our moderation process

The goal of our moderation is to make helpful and fair customer reviews visible and to prevent abuse. Verified buyer reviews are published after automatic order matching. Unverified reviews are reviewed internally before publication and may be rejected if they violate the Community Guidelines.

Our community thrives on honest, respectful, and helpful feedback. Please observe the following principles:

How to write a good review

• Honest and from personal experience: Describe how, when and for what purpose you used the product (e.g., fit, material, feel).
• Be specific rather than general: Name specific strengths and weaknesses – details help others the most.
• Remain respectful: Criticism is welcome, personal attacks are not.
• No advertising: Please no links, discount codes or references to other brands.
• Protect privacy: Do not include personal data such as addresses, phone numbers, order numbers, or emails.

When we don't publish or remove reviews

• in the case of insulting, discriminatory or inflammatory content,
• in the case of demonstrably false factual claims or defamatory statements,
• glorification of violence, crime or hatred,
• in the case of advertising, spam or paid/purchased content,
• when mentioning personal data or third-party content,
• or in the event of violations of applicable law or our terms of use.

We reserve the right not to publish or to subsequently deactivate corresponding reviews.
