Wow!!! Ganz ehrlich, die besten Barfußschuhe die ich bisher hatte und das veranlasst mich auch zu dieser Bewertung. Verarbeitung: Top. Aussehen: Top. Barfuß-Gefühl: Wow. Der Support von Groundies: Absoluter Hammer. Endgegenkommend, freundlich, persönlich und hilfreich. Ich bin absolut begeistert vom Schuh und von Groundies, macht weiter so! Habe mir jetzt mein viertes Paar gekauft.

Es ist mein erster Barfußschuh, aber nicht der letzte und auch nicht der letzte von Groundies. Was mir besonders gefällt ist, dass der Schuh nicht wie ein typischer Barfußschuh aussieht. Eher wie ein klassischer Sneaker. Von oben sieht er breit und bequem aus, was er auch ist. Die Verarbeitung ist gut. Der Tragekomfort auch. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Bin voll zufrieden. Schuhe sehen super aus und sind vom ersten Tag an megabequem. Vor allem super leicht. Konnte ein ähnliches Modell vorher im Laden testen, daher wusste ich, dass die passen. Fallen allenfalls minimal größer aus. Aber eigentlich größengerecht. Jederzeit wieder!

Sehr schöner Sneaker, hab einen schmalen, großen Fuß, trotzdem passt der Schuh sehr gut. Wem es bei der Umstellung auf Barfußschuhe zu nah am Boden ist, empfehle ich passende Einlagen. Das Gesamtkonzept, auch zwecks Nachhaltigkeit, hat mich überzeugt.

Ein sehr schöner Schuh. Das Material ist äußerst angenehm zu tragen und schön weich. Wenn die etwas breitere Zehenbox nicht wäre, würde man nicht erkennen, dass es sich um einen Barfußschuh handelt. Kaufempfehlung!

Ich sah den Schuh bei meiner Freundin. Obwohl ich dachte, sie würden mir nicht passen, habe ich ihn einmal ausprobiert und er ist wirklich sehr angenehm, da ich das Barfussgefühl immernoch habe. Da Groundies keine Zwischengrößen anbietet, war ich hier sehr zufrieden statt 44,5 eben 44 auszuprobieren (da er ja etwas größer ausfällt). So passt er mir auf angenehme Weise

Super Schuhe. Minimalistisch unterwegs und super Optik. Verarbeitung wie immer 1A. Sohle ist etwas fester als die originale aber dennoch gutes Gefühl. Die Fusszehen bekommen ihren Platz den sie brauchen.

i bought this shoe without any problems, ordering was easy , in between 1 week and a half it reached in Romania, when i called the customer service they told me the right things i had to do. i really am content.

Willkommen in der Zeit, in der man Barfußschuhe nicht mehr von normalem Schuhwerk unterscheiden kann. Endlich. Die GS1 Sohlen sind noch immer super flexibel. Wie gewohnt. Optisch sowie funktionell sind diese Sneaker ein Highlight. Bin begeistert.

That is an update to my previous review. I give it 5 stars for both the shoe and client support. Groundies contacted me and resolved the problem with my pair. Client support and communication were superb. The shoes are very soft and comfortable. I wear 47, and it is quite a challenge to find anything barefoot that would look good in that size. These look just like conventional white sneakers.

The design and fit are just great and I would give 6 stars for that. However, there is a huge problem with the material. The leather is too fragile it gets stained by every single drop of water. My shoes are ruined after one month of wearing them. Even with impregnation they still get stained by water. And those grey-blue stains are impossible to remove. I tried to clean them with recommended solution (Collonil Bamboo lotion) and it turned much much worse. Now both of my sneakers have ugly dirty grey stains and they are completely ruined after 1 month of wearing.

As much as I love the design and thought finally some semi-barefoot shoes that don't look horrible I have to give it 1 star because the material quality is horrendous. In only 3 months both shoes started to crack in the soles and water would even go in when it has rained in the street. Now after a bit more use the right shoe just has a hole from the sole all the way in. I know I am not the best stepper and some of my other barefoot shoes I ended up breaking the inside fabric around the heel after several months of use, but never got a pair that will break from outside in!! How can you break a sole that thick, it's not even one of the thinner barefoot soles out there. Completely disappointed with paying around 100 euros for this.

Held off on this review until I've properly worn them in and I can now confidently say that I am extremely happy with the sneakers. The only downside for me are the square sole edges as they create a point of pressure on my heel while driving in these shoes. Not a complaint, just an observation. :)

This is probably about the best shoe I’ve ever found for my challenging foot architecture (high arch and instep, wide forefoot, “Roman” toes, normal/narrow heel), although I would say that it could still stand to be 1-2 mm wider across the forefoot, as it is a bit snug-fitting at that location. I also struggle with heel slippage in most shoes, but this model has absolutely the best designed heel of any shoe out there. It really cradles the back of the heel and rises generously high to securely lock the heel in place, yet does not disturb the Achilles tendon. The padding around the ankle is also flawlessly implemented and helps provide an extremely comfortable and secure fit. This definitely won’t be my last pair of Groundies, as I already have my eyes on multiple other models. As long as they fit like the Universe, I’m sure they’ll be perfect for my needs as well.

My first impressions: a really superb sneaker! The GS1 sole makes it look almost indistinquishible from a "normal" sneaker yet it is perfectly minimalist / "barefoot" and comfortable. EU size 45 works great for me as a (large) UK size 10. The leather looks really good. A very stylish shoe!

I can finally stop scouring the Earth for barefoot shoes that have enough room in the toe box and aren't ugly. I'm thrilled with these. They're extremely comfortable and they genuinely look cool so I don't have to make sacrifices to wear shoes that don't restrict my feet. The leather is soft and conforms to my feet. The sole is the perfect thickness and it's really flexible. Great for dancing. I'm in love.

They look great I was doubtfull at first but I've been pleasantly surprised. Obviously the shoe looks less traditional with the whole wide toe box area. However, showed my girlfriend and she initially thought I was wearing a "normal" sneaker. Of all the barefoot sneakers I've seen and tried I found that these are the most stylish ones. I initially order a size 44, however I have quite wide feet (11.5 & 12 cm) so this was way too small and my toes hit the front of the shoes (biggest foot is around 28.6 cm length). I contacted support and was helped by Peter, he gave me a bunch of advice and I exchanged the order to a size 46. These fit great and the change in ground feel is amazing compared to traditional shoes!

These are awesome. Most flexible barefoot shoes I’ve tried with the right amount of ground feel. These look good too...has a classic skate shoe vibe with an actual proper wide toe-box. Shipping to Canada only took a week as well. Overall very impressed and highly recommend these for a good casual barefoot shoe.
