The shoes look great and are really comfortable. The issue is the sizing. It does seem to run one size bigger, and I doubt the size chart is correct. My foot is 27,4cm long (measured according to the guidelines, on a sheet of paper with heel against a wall) so I ordered size 42 which should have a 27,8cm insole. But I literally have a good 1,5cm of margin in front of my toes and cannot walk properly... And since returns costs are for the customer to pay, this was not a nice surprise. Maybe the size chart should be updated. I will be ordering the smaller size because I really like the style of the shoes.

Auch ich bin absolut überzeugt von dem Schuh. Er sieht aus wie ein normaler sneaker und sehr bequem. Einen Stern habe ich allerdings angezogen, wegen der Zunge vom Schuh. Egal wie eng oder locker diesen Schnüre, die Zunge rutscht nach ein paar Minuten tragen zu Seite und bleibt nicht wo sie anfangs war. Bei einem solch teuren Schuh ausbaufähig! Dennoch bin ich absoluter Fan und werde mit künftig nur noch sneaker Barfußschuhe kaufen.

I have narrow feet so i dont mind the regular shape. But the sole is not flexibele for me. Its only bending one side but you can not twist it or bend it the other side. I do like the style but there very big. I already seized down because of reviews and my feet have like 1 cm space which is fine. But on the outside they are like 3 cm bigger then my normal shoes because of the model. So the othersole is like 30 cm where my insole should be 27 cm. I am going to send them back.

I was so curious about these since I love so many other shoes from Groundies. I thought they may have a slightly more narrow toe box but perhaps it won't be that bad. I was wrong - these are the most stiff, uncomfortable "barefoot" shoes that I have ever tried on. They look good aesthetically, but from a functional standpoint, I can't believe these passed internal inspection. They felt just as bad as any regular sneaker brand. Learn from my mistake and SAVE YOUR MONEY on the inevitable return shipping you'll do -- if you don't like them, you get to pay upwards of $50 to return them if you live in the USA.

I've finally received my snickers, and they are really great, but I received them in correct size only from the second purchase, and I would like to attract other clients attention by removing to stars to the fact that this pair runs one size bigger than normal. In my opinion it is entirely the store's responsibility to warn customers about such important things, especially considering that you may have customers from countries where returns will be at the buyer's expense (as it was in my case). I really love your brand and this is not the first time I’ve ordered shoes, but I don’t think it’s enough to hide such information in the “special features” section; it would be better to give a warning at the time the order is placed.

Ich hab die Schuhe gleich bestellt als ich die Release-Videos gesehen hab. Auch wenn ich zuerst super skeptisch war, bin ich über meinen Schatten gesprungen und bin jetzt voll überzeugt und begeistert! Man sieht einfach nicht, dass es ein Barfußschuh ist!! Und auch wenn er als ein >>Regular<< verkauft wird ist er breiter als andere Schuhe, ich hab jedenfalls genug Platz und liebe den Style!!!! Eins muss man Groundies echt lassen: sie haben es geschafft, mich für das Thema Barfußschuhe überhaupt erst zugänglich zu machen. Seitdem trage ich nur noch Schuhe ohne Absatz und mehr Platz im Zehenbereich. Das wollte ich einfach nur mal loswerden, weil ihr echt nen super Job macht und man das ruhig auch mal loben kann. Danke an das ganze Team! :-) P.S.: Ich habe meine normale Größe bestellt und hab gut Platz, möchte es aber auch nicht enger haben mit Socken und an kälteren Tagen auch dickere Socken und Einlagen.

The shoes look and feel great, but unfortunately the quality is not as expected. After a few weeks the letters on the sides were completely gone. After only 3 months of wear parts of the soles are loose. Very disappointing of shoes at this pricepoint.
