Sandalen im Black Friday/November Sale gekauft für 49.95 Euro. Diesen Preis finde ich angemessen, da der Schuh sich Qualitativ noch weiter beweisen muss. Hätte ich ihn zum vorherigen regulären Preis von fast 100 Euro gekauft, wäre ich eher enttäuscht gewesen. Erste Erfahrung nach dem Auspacken war, dass die Verklebung des vorderen Leder-Riemens sich an der Spitze gelöst bzw. sich getrennt hatte und ich dies mit Kleber wieder zusammenfügen musste. Die Schnallen zum Durchführen der Lederriemen sind leider aus Kunststoff und da bin ich gespannt wie lange die im Sommer halten wenn diese häufiger benutzt werden. Ansonsten riecht der Schuh angenehmen nach Leder und da ich schmale Füsse habe, passen sie gut. Die Empfehlung eine Nummer kleiner als normal zu bestellen kann ich bestätigen. Fazit: Schöne, leichte Sandale mit dünner Sohle. Fühlte sich nach einem kleinen Lauftest gut an. Schuh muss meiner Meinung im Detail verbessert werden um den recht hohen regulären Preis zu rechtfertigen. Deswegen eine vorsichtige 3-Sterne Bewertung da man nicht abschätzen kann wie sich die Sandale im täglichen Einsatz schlägt.

Was die Kunststoffschnallen betrifft: Wir verstehen den Wunsch nach langlebigen Materialien sehr gut. Tatsächlich testen wir alle Bestandteile unserer Schuhe ausgiebig auf Haltbarkeit. Sollten sich im Alltag doch Schwächen zeigen, nehmen wir solche Rückmeldungen sehr ernst und nutzen sie für die Weiterentwicklung. Die Sandalen sehen super aus, sind aber leider für den Fuß meines Freundes viel zu schmal geschnitten- insbesondere der vordere Riemen ist viel zu eng. Gerade bei Barfuß-Schuhen hatten wir das nicht erwartet, zumal die „Milano“ seine Lieblingsschuhe sind. Sehr schade!!!

Oh je, das ist natürlich schade, gerade wenn die Milano schon als Lieblingsschuhe gesetzt ist. Da waren die Erwartungen an unseren Kos bestimmt hoch. Tatsächlich unterscheiden sich Schnürschuh und Sandale in Aufbau und Passform deutlich: Während sich Schnürmodelle wie die Milano durch die Schnürung flexibel anpassen lassen, ist das bei Sandalen wie dem Kos leider nur begrenzt möglich – hier entscheidet der Schnitt, wie gut der Schuh zum Fuß passt. Und obwohl alle unsere Modelle auf dem Barfußprinzip basieren, sitzen manche Varianten einfach enger als andere. Wir nehmen dein Feedback gern mit, denn auch bei Sandalen arbeiten wir kontinuierlich daran, die Passform möglichst vielen Fußtypen gerecht zu machen. Really nice pair of sandals, so it is really sad that i had to return them. I wear size 41 and it has been right size for all the Groundies shoes so far but these sandals looks like i took 1.5 size too big. I am not sure that smaller number solves my problem because first leather strap that is not adjustable is already pretty tight. Otherwise they look great and feel very comfy.

Ordered these all the way from Finland once size smaller as instructed. Altough the sole is flat and thin, I wouldn't consider these barefootwear in the sense that the toespace is very narrow. This, of course, causes the problem that my toes are cramped but also another problem: my heel touches the ground when I walk. I think this could be solved with extra holes for the rear-adjuster so that my heel would be locked in. All that said, I wouldn't recommend these for people with wide feet like mine.
