Looks perfect but the size is not correct described. My foot is 25.4sm and I ordered 25.6, but the are smaller than this. And the company doesn’t want admit that is not my fault, as the other pair I have is exact match with the site

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the sizing. Our sizes are based on the inside measurements of the shoe, taken directly from the last – not the outer measurements. We’d be interested to know how you verified the size? However, also the warm lining can initially create the impression of less space, but it will adapt to your foot over time. For this model, we actually even had to use a larger sole size to allow enough room for the lining, meaning the shoe might even appear slightly bigger. The internal length, however, matches the measurements stated on our website. We also saw that you’ve already been in contact with our customer service team and that your case has been resolved.
