How do reviews work on our site?
Reviews can be submitted by registered customers with an account who purchased the product as well as by signed-in users without a purchase.
Origin & labeling
“Verified purchase”: If a customer submits a review and we have a matching order for the reviewed product in that customer account, we automatically label the review as “verified purchase”. Our system matches the review with the order data and ensures that the exact product was purchased. These reviews are published without manual case-by-case moderation after this automated check.
Non-verified reviews: Signed-in users without a matching order for the reviewed product can also leave a review. These reviews are not published immediately and are first internally moderated for compliance with our Community Guidelines.
Transparency notice: Reviews labeled “verified purchase” come from customers who actually ordered the product. Reviews without this label come from signed-in users who may not have purchased the product. All reviews may be checked for compliance with our Community Guidelines before publication.
Our moderation process
Our goal is to surface helpful, fair, experience-based reviews and prevent abuse. Verified-purchase reviews are published after the automated order match. Non-verified reviews are reviewed internally prior to publication and may be declined if they violate the Community Guidelines.

What makes a good review
- Write from your own experience: How, when, and where do you use the product? Details like fit, materials, comfort, and sizing are especially helpful.
- Be specific: Concrete pros and cons help more than generic statements.
- Be fair and respectful: Criticism is welcome; personal attacks are not.
- No advertising: Please avoid links, promo codes, or references to other brands.
- Protect privacy: Don’t include personal data (addresses, phone numbers, order numbers, email addresses) – yours or anyone else’s.
When we don’t publish or may remove reviews
- if the content is offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or harassing,
- if it contains demonstrably false statements or defamatory claims,
- if it glorifies violence, crime, or hate,
- if it contains advertising, spam, or paid/bought content,
- if it exposes personal data or third-party content,
- or if it violates applicable law or our Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to decline publication or deactivate already published reviews that violate these rules.
