    To clean your Groundies, please use a cloth or a sponge moistened with cold, clear water. Especially with leather and imitation leather models, impregnation is highly recommended to protect the shoes from moisture, dirt and environmental influences.

Ich bin mehrmals die Woche im Gym, trainiere viel mit Gewichten und habe das Thema Recovery schon länger auf dem Schirm, leider ist das in Deutschland immer noch total unterbewertet. Dabei ist die Regeneration mindestens genauso wichtig wie das Training selbst, vor allem, wenn man langfristig gesund und leistungsfähig bleiben will. Ich finde es richtig stark, dass Groundies das erkannt hat und mit dem G-Flex jetzt einen Schuh anbietet, der genau da ansetzt. Ich trage ihn nach dem Training oder an Rest Days und merke, wie gut es meinen Füßen tut, sich natürlich zu bewegen. Kein Druckgefühl, kein Einengen, einfach pure Entlastung. Dieser Schuh ist für mich kein einfacher Sneaker, sondern Teil meiner Routine geworden. Und ehrlich: Es wurde echt Zeit, dass das Thema Recovery Footwear hierzulande endlich etwas Aufmerksamkeit bekommt. Danke dafür, Groundies!
