Returns are accepted within 30 days but must be paid for through a valid shipping station.
Shipping is only possible within the continental USA and will be shipped by USPS or FedEx, depending on the package size. Unfortunately, the shipping service provider cannot be determined in advance due to automated processes.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes. We kindly ask that you provide a physical address for your order.

The warehouse processing time after placing an order usually takes between 1-2 days. The delivery time will be after processing time, and takes place between 1-5 business days.
If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will let you know right away.
Please note the following proceedings: Transport damage must be reported to the transport company immediately upon receipt of the goods. You must then inform us of any transport damage found. If you wish to return goods, please inform us of the damage in advance using the contact form.
