Terms and Conditions
Starting April 17, 2026, you can try out our shoes in your daily life for 14 days after receiving them. If you’re not satisfied within that time, you can return them to us, citing the 14-day trial guarantee as the reason.
We accept returns under our 14-day trial guarantee even if the product has been used normally, both indoors and outdoors. The decisive factor is the receipt of the return or proof of shipment within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. After the 14-day period has expired, returns under the trial guarantee are no longer accepted. Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected by this policy. This promotion is valid until further notice.
What size do I need?
The best way is to measure your feet before placing your order. Here’s how:
1. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper.
2. Draw a line to mark where your longest toe ends.
3. Measure the length from your heel to your longest toe.
4. Compare your foot length to the size chart—you’ll find it right on the product page next to the size selector.
Important: Each Groundies model has its own size chart. Please always refer to the information provided for the specific shoe.
Our tip: If you're unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. Barefoot shoes should fit a bit loosely. A gap of about 1 cm in front of your toes is ideal—this gives you enough room as you roll your foot and prevents pressure on your toes.

What are the unique features and benefits of Groundies?
All of our soles are flat, flexible, and Zero Drop—meaning they have no heel-to-toe drop. They provide an authentic barefoot feel and differ primarily in design, tread pattern, and material thickness. This allows you to choose between particularly minimalist soles for maximum ground feel or options with more grip and stability.
Whether you're strolling through town, walking along a forest trail, working in the office, or doing yoga—every activity places different demands on your shoes. That's why we offer a variety of TrueSense® soles designed to optimally support that barefoot feeling depending on the activity. This way, you'll always find the perfect foundation for a natural barefoot experience while walking.
How do Groundies feel when worn in everyday life?
Groundies barefoot shoes mimic the natural feeling of walking barefoot and protect your feet from sharp objects and the cold. Thanks to a combination of high-quality materials and our sensitive TrueSense® sole, Groundies barefoot shoes offer you a walking experience that feels especially natural and is built to last.
What are the differences between the soles?
Our Groundies soles vary in flexibility, tread depth, and fit: from particularly thin and flexible soles that provide maximum ground feel to slightly thicker soles that offer more protection for everyday use or outdoor activities.
Depending on the model, the width of the toe box also varies between Barefoot Fit, Barefoot+, and Barefoot Light.
No matter what you choose, our TrueSense® technology ensures you always feel natural and comfortable.
Barefoot Light
Our regular toe box design – ideal for narrower feet or for those new to the world of barefoot shoes.
Barefoot
This cut follows the natural anatomy of your feet and offers unrestricted freedom of movement.
Barefoot+
Our widest cut offers extra space and comfort—ideal for wide feet and barefoot enthusiasts.
