    To clean your Groundies, please use a cloth or a sponge moistened with cold, clear water. Especially with leather and imitation leather models, impregnation is highly recommended to protect the shoes from moisture, dirt and environmental influences.

Elastic too tight, I’m usually size 39 in other Groundies shoes so I sized down to 38 following the advice of the sizing. The length is perfect but the elastic is so tight it caused blisters on my heels and where it dug in on top of my foot- really uncomfortable. These are the 1st pair of Groundies that I found unwearable and couldn’t wait to take them off. Such a shame.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re really sorry to hear that your new Groundies caused discomfort due to the tight elastic. We totally understand how important it is for shoes to feel great from the very first step. While the elastic might feel a bit firm at first, it usually softens and adapts with wear. If you’re open to giving them another try, wearing them in short intervals at home might help them break in more gently. Some of our customers also find that a little extra cushioning or blister protection can ease the pressure during that initial phase.
