Ich trage überwiegend die Milanos, die mir aber in 43 an einem Fuß etwas zu kurz sind und darum keine dicken Strümpfe vertragen. Hintergrund für das Laufen mit Barfußschuhen ist eine Small Fiber Neuropathie mit extremst empfindlichen Füßen. Die Milanos mit dem weichen Leder sind dafür perfekt. Also nun mit dem Salzburg ein sehr ähnliches Modell für den Winter, in der Hoffnung dass das etwas größer ausfällt, für dicke Socken. Ja, es fällt größer aus, etwas. Prima. Das Nickifutter ist sehr viel dünner und weniger kuschelig als erwartet, das hätte mehr sein dürfen. Ansonsten ist der Schuh genauso bequem wie der Milano - mit Ausnahme der hinteren Lasche oben, dessen innere harte Naht besonders am linken Schuh leider pieksend in meine Wade gedrückt hat, durch Wollkniestrümpfe hindurch. Wieso so ein Teil so befestigt werden muß, bei dieser Art Schuh verstehe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht. Denn ich kenne viele mit der gleichen Erkrankung und der hohen Sensibilität, die auch nur Groundies & Co tragen. Außerdem ist er bei sehr schmalen Füßen am Schaft sehr weit geschnitten, so dass ich versucht habe einen sicheren Halt durch maximal enge Schnürung zu erreichen. Was dazu führt dass es mit dickeren Socken wie Trekkingsocken echt schwierig wird hineinzukommen... Alles nicht so einfach. Fazit: eigentlich ein sehr schöner Schuh mit sehr dünnem Futter und einem Schaft für kräftigere Beine, der leider blöde Nähte hat und deshalb retour geht.

Super comfortable and cool-looking boot! I love them! Great to have a boot with the GO1 sole - it's a really thin, flexible and comfy sole with a great barefoot feel. Only comment is that I find these boots on the small side - if you fall between sizes, you should size up if you want to wear them with thick socks.

I really love the look of these boots and I want to love them. One boot fits perfectly and is the most comfortable boot I've ever worn, the other is so uncomfortable, it feels like the sole has been sewn on at the wrong angle. I tried to wear them when I first bought them but they were uncomfortable so got put into the cupboard, I have pulled them out again to wear but no I can't wear them unless I am not walking in them. Such a shame because they a gorgeous otherwise. Makes me reluctant to buy more groundies.
